Kiwanis Athletic Foundation

Mission Statement

The Kiwanis Athletic Foundation (a division of the Kiwanis Club of El Segundo Foundation) is a registered 501 c3 non-profit organization supporting the athletic programs of El Segundo schools.  

The goal of the Foundation is to provide financial support to enhance the athletic community and programs. The focus is on securing and providing funding for areas of need to augment annual operating budgets. We are dedicated to the continued support of our student athletes and coaching staff.

The Kiwanis Athletic Foundation will provide critical resources to the school's athletics teams, ensuring that our student-athletes are able to realize their team goals and individual potential. Annual gifts to the Kiwanis Athletic Foundation directly support our student-athletes and demonstrate your commitment to El Segundo school athletics. Because of your support, El Segundo student-athletes will continue to excel and develop into future leaders on and off the field.

Why are donations necessary?

Significant resources are required to provide this level of support for our student-athletes, and we need your help! Your investment in our athletic programs contributes to our teams' training and performance and enriches the athletes' personal development. Please consider a gift to the Kiwanis Athletic Foundation to help us develop champions on the field and in life.

Just as the El Segundo Ed Foundation fills gaps to keep our schools competitive and thriving, the Kiwanis Athletic Foundation looks to do the same with regard to El Segundo Sports. The sports landscape in Southern California is highly competitive, with many schools competing to attract and retain top athletic talent.   

What is the Kiwanis Athletic Foundation?

Evolving from the work the Kiwanis Club of El Segundo Foundation was already doing for our school athletic programs, the Foundation was established as a dedicated source to enrich the athletic programs in El Segundo High School and El Segundo Middle School. The Foundation is a completely volunteer-run division of the Kiwanis Club of El Segundo Foundation. The Foundation encourages philanthropic giving to El Segundo school athletics and support for the student-athlete experience.
